The NAMI Connection is a structured support group led by trained faciliators that uses charts that help the group proceed smoothly. Groups are generally 90 minutes some locations are shorter.

This is a recovery support group lead by Peers for adults living with mental illness and provides a place that offers respect, understanding, encouragement, and hope.

The support groups are run by people living with mental illness themselves. Each group meets weekly for 90 minutes, is confidential, free of charge, and is open to anyone with a mental illness, regardless of diagnosis.

If you would like more info about the NAMI Connection program please contact Karen Reedy kreedy@namimass.org.

There are some NAMI Connection testimonials on our YouTube channel if you would like to hear why a NAMI Connection group is different from other support groups.

Please visit the NAMI MASS website to see the updated list of groups.
